• After purchasing your kit please email a photo of your pet to orders@hoffelt.co
• This photo will be used to create your design
• Your photo should be taken in natural light and at the eye level of your pet
• A design proof will be sent to you before the kit is shipped
• Include any design notes about favorite colors and embellishments (florals, bow-ties, tennis balls, pet's name, etc) that you'd like included
